| GENEVA -- A construction delay on a Virgil Gilman Trail bike bridge over Route 56 could financially benefit the Kane County Forest Preserve District. An error by a fabricator subcontracted by a subcontractor caused the bridge delay, said Nabi Fakroddin, an associate with consultant firm Smith Engineering.
