| After years of often heated debate, a disputed stretch of the Fox River bike trail has been sold to the Kane County Forest Preserve by a son who still feels he was bullied into handing over his mother's home. The long-disputed St. Charles Township land has been held in trust since owner Lucile B. Gill died in 2003.
